To make sure this service is the right fit for your family, here are a few helpful details to keep in mind:

A personalized discovery call with our travel expert
A custom itinerary covering up to 5 days of travel (or 1 destination)
Booking of all approved elements (accommodations, experiences, transfers, etc.)
Up to 3 rounds of revisions
A fully designed final itinerary in PDF or digital format
Need a longer trip?
Each additional day (beyond 5) is $150, and multi-destination itineraries may incur additional planning fees depending on complexity. Total planning costs will be presented to you after the initial discovery call.
What should my trip budget expectations be?
We recommend this service for families planning to spend a minimum of $5,000–$6,000 USD on their overall trip (excluding flights). This allows us to deliver the thoughtful, elevated experience we're known for—with the quality of stays, experiences, and convenience you’re looking for.
What is the ideal group size?
This service is ideal for groups of up to 6 travelers. Larger families or multi-generational groups may require additional planning support, which we’re happy to quote for separately.
How long does it take to receive the finished itinerary?
You can expect the full, finalized itinerary within 3 weeks of your discovery call.
Week 1: We'll send you tailored recommendations to review.
Weeks 2–3: Once you approve, we book everything and build your beautifully designed itinerary.
What kinds of travel can you help with?
We specialize in family travel—from relaxing beach holidays and multi-stop European adventures to epic theme park trips and countryside retreats. Whether you're planning a short getaway or a multi-week itinerary, we've got you covered.
Will you book everything on my behalf?
Yes. Once you've approved the selections, we’ll handle all the bookings—accommodation, tours, transfers, and more.
How many revisions are included?
We include up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure your trip is exactly how you want it.
Can I use this service even if I already booked accommodation?
Absolutely. We can curate your itinerary around existing bookings, helping with everything from activities and dining to airport transfers and child-friendly services.
Do you plan international trips or just within certain regions?
We plan worldwide, but we’re especially experienced with destinations across Europe and the U.S., where we also have exclusive property listings.
What if I need to cancel or postpone?
Your planning fee is non-refundable but can be applied to a future trip if rescheduled at least 14 days before your original start date. We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes.
Do I have to stay in a Kid & Coe property to use this service?
Not at all. We’ll recommend accommodations from our curated network—or others that match your needs and style.
Can you help with flights or travel insurance?
At this time, flights and insurance are not included in our planning services. We’re happy to suggest trusted partners if you need support in these areas.
